Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English Advanced Full-time Salary: Negotiable Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Team Lead to drive growth across international markets. This role is a hybrid between sales execution and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in outbound environments, executes deals directly, develops strategies, and simultaneously guides and mentors a team of Sales Executives. Responsibilities: Own and manage your personal sales pipeline from prospecting to close. Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed performance targets. Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize pipeline and close rates. Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to international clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, proposals, and delivery. Maintain accurate CRM records and generate pipeline and performance reports. Actively participate in sales execution while mentoring and developing team members. Requirements: 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, staffing, or HR services). Proven track record of closing international clients, especially in the U.S. market. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales teams. Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and multi-channel sales strategies. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills in English. Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms.
