You will be part of the Optimization, Enablement & Governance team, working with stakeholders such as customers, distributor partners, country teams, and Business Process Owners to lead process improvements. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and automation to reduce transactional efforts and simplify business interactions. Your Responsibilities Transition processes and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers promptly. Reduce customer efforts and improve productivity through process enhancements. Apply Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean methodologies to optimize processes. Enable automation within the ecosystem. Enhance team competency levels. Address issues within limited scope using established analysis practices. You Will Have Bachelor's Degree Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification (mandatory) At least 2+ years of office environment experience Knowledge of SAP (CRM, ERP, ECC) Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics) Proficiency in MS Office, Excel VBA, RPA, MS Flows, etc. Experience with Agile software development Experience with Salesforce.com platform The role involves analyzing, planning, and implementing process improvements, evaluating and modeling existing processes, leading projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing process metrics. You will collect data to identify root causes, measure performance, and align projects to address performance gaps. You will report to the DIRECTOR, GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER - DEMAND TO RENEW.
