What You’ll DoDesign, build, and scale core software systems (we use Ruby on Rails 8 and PostgreSQL)Collaborate across product, operations, and engineering to launch and improve customer-facing and internal toolsContribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior engineersWork in a fast-moving startup environment where autonomy and responsibility go hand in hand We’re Looking ForStrong problem solving skillsStrong software fundamentals and architectural thinkingExperience building and scaling products in startups or scale-ups.
