The Digital Commerce Lead leads digital commerce initiatives, driving both Global and Local programs to achieve excellence in e-commerce. The position focuses on defining and executing aligned digital commerce strategies. Key objectives include supporting online sales growth by delivering best-in-class, customer-centric digital platforms, enhancing team capabilities in digital practices, and optimizing e-commerce performance. Additionally, the role drives online customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies to achieve value growth across HALEON's portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Ensure the implementation of Local digital commerce vision and global programs while delivering both strategic and tactical KPIs across digital platforms. - Drive strategy, testing, communications, and roll-out plans in collaboration with Areas and LOCs, impacting the P&L; and identifying cost-saving initiatives. - Support sales objectives, enhance digital shelf audits (FCP), and develop e-commerce and omnichannel strategies with Shopper Marketing and Sales teams. - Work with Digital Category Directors, IT, and Digital Operations to manage project execution, category research, and the development of best practices and KPIs. - Partner with Categories to deliver a pipeline of consumer-driven innovations, leveraging digital tools for market and category growth. - Establish a "digital center of excellence," enhancing digital commerce skills within brand teams and stakeholders. - Lead commercial marketing teams to align interactive strategies and investment plans, representing HALEON brands to internal and external partners. - Stay ahead in the digital space by exploring emerging tools, engaging with industry leaders, and recommending best practices to maintain HALEON’s innovative edge. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Here’s a more polished and concise summary of the qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. - Proven track record in digital agencies, leading teams, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). - Extensive experience in digital e-commerce across B2C, D2C, and B2B markets. - Proficient in SEM/SEO, content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer campaigns, earned media, user-generated content, relationship marketing, and e-commerce. - Skilled in managing Paid, Owned, and Earned aspects of digital marketing strategies.
