Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Execute HR service processes such as benefits administration, personnel and document management, HRIS, and data management according to regional and global frameworks. Manage Exit Processes: handle involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits, ensuring proper registration in SAP with justified reasons and necessary documentation, in compliance with local legislation. Administer Time Management: ensure correct system parameterization in payroll and working hours systems, aligned with labor laws and union rules, and analyze monthly data to prevent payroll errors. Oversee Benefits Administration: manage country-specific benefits processes, coordinate with regional and local Rewards teams, and ensure proper system configuration for deductions and reporting. Maintain and update GBS SharePoint for the country and coordinate benefits-related activities. Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely benefit payments and commissions. Manage local mobility activities to ensure employee movements comply with policies and legislation, collaborating with regional Mobility Managers. Handle employee inquiries related to HR services, benefits, personnel administration, and platform access. Manage HR services and benefits vendors. Ensure timely payment of HR-related invoices, adhering to company policies and contracts. Accurately process vendor invoices and oversee the HR and Benefits budget. Prepare and submit reports to government entities, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage bonuses as per policies. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with government and company requirements. Collaborate with HR and legal teams on employee and labor relations activities. Partner with HRD and business units to deliver excellent service. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of company policies and HR practices. Knowledge of Chilean processes, practices, and labor law. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors). Advanced Excel skills. Ability to influence others. Experience managing or working with virtual teams. Analytical skills. Office management skills. Minimum Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
