As a Project Specialist within our Medical & Commercial team, the primary responsibility of this role is to manage and monitor the day-to-day operation of office administrative tasks for the Global Dupixent’s leadership team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency aligned with Global and Local needs, strategies, and directions. Main responsibilities: The Project Manager will work on a project basis for MS Neurology, Medical Affairs, providing project management expertise and support for Sanofi Scientific events and conferences such as Congresses, Advisory Boards, Symposiums, Internal meetings, etc. They will support Medical Directors (MDs) with administrative tasks on predefined projects. Develop operational aspects of projects, monitor timelines, milestones, and project metrics from initiation to completion within scope defined by the GBU. Manage project initiation, development of core documents, and follow-up on project timelines to ensure timely progress. Support MDs by completing key tasks such as preparing documents (GRF, ABP, PO, WBS forms), entering information into relevant platforms (Veeva, OneCRM), and ensuring approval processes are followed. Coordinate with Procurement/Customer Engagement teams, develop and fill documents, track project progress in systems, follow up on contracting, and draft communication templates. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to facilitate project execution and process improvements. Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Drive project governance meetings, coordinate with vendors and logistics teams, and organize logistical solutions according to project needs. About you Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced business environment. Proficient in calendar management, social media communication, and meeting deadlines. Soft skills: Good communication, empathy, engaging presence, organizational skills, independence, and reliability. Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft O365, PowerPoint, data visualization, project management tools, and content creation. Education: College graduate; manager assistant or secretary qualification is an advantage. Languages: Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. Why choose us?
