We’re hiring enthusiastic Bilingual Call Center Agents to provide stellar service to our U.S. clients (English-only speakers) in a vibrant work environment. What You’ll Do - Handle inbound/outbound calls, solving client queries and driving sales. - Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure satisfaction. - Log accurate info in our systems. Work Conditions - Location: Calle 67 #7-37, Bogotá. - Mode: 100% on-site. - Training: 10 days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM). - Nesting: 10 days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM). - Operation Schedule: 5 days of work, with 2 days off.
