We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.What you'll doAsset Lifecycle & Inventory ManagementOversee the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from acquisition to retirement.Maintain and improve asset inventory using Atlassian Jira Assets, creating custom schemas and automation as needed.KPI Development & Performance MonitoringDefine, generate, and manage key ITAM KPIs, including:Compliance Score (software/hardware)License Optimization MetricsAging Assets & Lifecycle MilestonesSLA and Procurement Turnaround TimesDevelop executive dashboards and detailed reporting on KPI performance trends and asset health across the organization.Financial Reporting, Budgeting & AnalysisPlan and manage annual IT asset budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), track expenditures, and forecast asset-related costs.Create monthly, quarterly, and annual asset financial reports.Identify opportunities to reduce costs through asset reuse, rationalization, and vendor management.Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to manage sourcing activities, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and renewals.Track and manage vendor performance, support agreements, licensing terms, and purchasing timelines.Ensure procurement aligns with organizational standards and policy.Governance, Compliance & LicensingDefine and enforce ITAM policies and controls based on frameworks such as SOX, ISO/IEC 19770, and NIST.Manage software licensing compliance and lead internal or external audit preparation.Ensure accurate documentation of asset ownership, entitlements, and warranty/support records.Cross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationAct as the central point of contact for asset-related inquiries across IT, Finance, Security, Procurement, and leadership teams.Present data-backed insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders via executive-ready dashboards and reports.Contribute to the integration of asset data with ITSM, procurement, and ERP systemsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).4–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management, with strong financial and procurement involvement.Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira Asset (formerly Insight) and writing advanced JQL queries.Strong reporting and data visualization skills in:Microsoft Excel (advanced level)Power BILooker StudioExperience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).Solid understanding of IT budgeting, depreciation, license models, and cost tracking.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Growing market: You'll be focused on an $80 billion market that's projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.Changing the restaurant industry: You'll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's success.What else you need to knowThis role is based in our Bogotá office location.
