FP&A; Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for leading the underwriting P&L; planning process and developing scalable analysis that enhances business growth, efficiency, and automation. Lead the delivery of the plan, forecast, and close processes for the underwriting P&L.; 2. Partner with cost center owners to manage operating expenses and maintain relevant trackers. 3. Identify, investigate, and resolve variances against plans and forecasts. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accountancy preferred. - At least 5 years of FP&A; experience in an insurance organization in Latin America. - Professional accounting qualification required.
