Every day, our team changes lives—and you can be part of that mission. What You'll Do As our Bilingual Intake Specialist , you'll be the critical first point of contact for potential clients. You'll guide them through the intake process, determine if they're a good fit for our services, and help schedule consultations with our legal team. Answer inbound calls and return voicemails Make outbound follow-ups with empathy and professionalism Ask smart, structured questions to determine client eligibility Schedule consultations using our booking system Keep detailed notes and update client info in our SalesForce CRM Manage and follow up on emails and requests for documentation What You Need Fluent in English and Spanish (100% proficiency in both is required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in a call center or client-facing intake role (a plus!) Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tools A stable internet connection, a personal computer/laptop, and a headset The Ideal You Naturally empathetic and a great listener Calm and confident under pressure Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual Comfortable managing high call volumes Excited to learn and use new tools and software Remote: Yes (Non-U.S. residents only) Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST or PST, Monday to Friday + some Saturdays Compensation: $650 USD/month "You may be the first person to give someone real hope for their immigration journey.
