Responsibilities - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards used by our executives to evaluate performance. - Deliver fast and actionable analytics to support business planning. - Foster flexibility in working between spreadsheets, SQL databases, and data visualization tools. - Influence outcomes through effective communication. Requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a predominantly English-speaking team. Proficiency in conversational English is essential. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field. - 'Full stack' analytical skills - from data acquisition to stakeholder engagement. - Adept problem solver able to quickly analyze quantitative data sets and extract key insights using statistical methods. - Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. - Capable in data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker. - Knowledge of SQL, Python is an asset. - Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of technical detail.
