About the Role: As an Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our B2B clients. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor on our well-being services, and identify client needs to provide comprehensive support. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business Monitor portfolio performance and utilization, taking action to optimize key metrics Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand your portfolio, including cross-selling and exploring new markets Ensure client satisfaction by managing resources and exceeding expectations Analyze client data to make informed strategic decisions Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service Prepare reports and present KPIs to clients, providing recommendations and action plans as needed Manage the launch and relaunch of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services Handle operational and analytical aspects of your portfolio, including collections and client claims Minimum Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in B2B account management in services or Saas (essential) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential and assessed), PowerPoint (intermediate), and CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive) Advanced English skills (essential and assessed) Full-time availability (may require on-call availability for emergencies) Work Mode & Location: Initially 100% remote, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Bogotá.
