Call Center Customer Service Representative We are a Custom Closet Company and Blinds. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. The representative will provide excellent customer service, handle lead pre-qualification, manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also maintain customer records, update databases, and conduct research as needed.
