About the Role - This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - The RFE cover letter writer will be responsible for drafting legal cover letters in response to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) issued by USCIS. - The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting and proofreading documents, as well as a strong understanding of immigration law. Key Responsibilities - Drafting high-level legal arguments using various materials. - Reviewing and amending forms to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Proofreading RFE-drafted cover letters to ensure they are accurate, complete, and free of errors. Requirements - 1 year of experience in immigration law. - High school diploma or equivalent required; legal education or certification preferred. - Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
