**Job Title: Customer Service Representative** **Location: Medellin - Full In-Person** **Type: Permanent Position** **Salary Expectation: $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 Depending on Experience** **Essential Functions**: - Handle and respond to calls from providers, agencies, agents, and policyholders. - Prepare reports on banking information. - Prepare reports to request pending information. - Review specific cases with agencies and providers. - Reconcile account statements. - Conduct service meetings with agencies. - Complete T5 forms (pre-existing conditions). **Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)** - Language proficiency. - Minimum of two years of experience in the field. - Experience in high-quality customer service. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office utilities. - Effective communication, both oral and written. - Ability to work under pressure. - Dynamic and energetic. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
