Your Role As a Bilingual Loyalty Expert, your mission is to deliver high-level customer service experiences, focused on loyalty programs and customer retention strategies. You will manage inquiries and provide expert-level guidance to customers, helping them maximize the benefits of their loyalty programs. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone. Guide customers on loyalty points, benefits, redemptions, and account updates Solve concerns efficiently while delivering empathetic and personalized support Represent TP’s world-class standards in every interaction What We’re Looking For · Language Level: C1 – 90% conversational English · Education and Work Experience Requirement: High school diploma (Bachiller) · Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week) Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication and writing skills Customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence Problem-solving and active listening abilities Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple systems Basic computer literacy Sales negotiation skills Goal-oriented mindset Why Choose TP?
