Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive New Store Opening (NSO) Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential to the success of each new location opening within our expanding fitness franchise. As the NSO Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee the execution of all marketing efforts for new store launches, working closely with internal teams, franchisees, and external platforms. From coordinating campaigns across multiple channels to managing CRM platforms and analyzing performance data, you will play a key role in shaping the success of each new location launch. This position offers the opportunity to grow your marketing expertise while being part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment that drives the success of our franchise network. Required Experience 3-5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1+ English level). Experience managing CRM platforms, marketing automations, and email creation. Experience with analytical tools including Google Looker Studio/Data Studio, or similar. Proven ability to execute effective marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid media. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Comfortable with emerging technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a marketing agency or managing multiple concurrent campaigns/clients. Familiarity with WordPress, Power My Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary paid in US dollars. Flexible working hours (Monday through Friday). 15 business days of Paid Time Off per year (accrued).
