**Job Vacancy** **Head of Marketing / VP of Marketing / CMO** This leader must have deep experience of leading marketing teams with a product led growth organization. **Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**: - Develop and manage Vengreso’s digital marketing programs that deliver against ambitious pipeline and revenue targets. - Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, and reporting. - Build out and optimize Vengreso’s website, including content strategy, navigation and UI, SEO strategies, and lead conversion tactics. - Establish paid media strategies to reach new audiences and generate leads, including SEM, content syndication and paid social. - Bring on new demand generation tactics such as webinars, virtual or live events, customer stories, and immersive demos. - Participate in account-based marketing (ABM) and brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness and growth. - Partner closely with the sales organization to ensure effective lead generation and conversion to opportunities. - Optimize digital marketing efforts through continuous A/B testing. - Create and execute an innovative test and learn plan. - Report on performance results, analyze traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality and relevance. - Communicate expectations, plans, and results with the broader marketing team, communications team, sales team, and other stakeholders with confidence and clarity. - Building a strong team that will be the heart of growth and scale for the company. - Manage and own entire marketing automation system, database, and CRM (HubSpot). **Qualifications, Experience and Skills.** - 7-10 years’ experience in the growth marketing discipline with a product led growth company, with a background in technology, ideally focused on subscription services with recurring revenue. - Experience in SaaS and B2B with a product led growth company. - Deep experience in creating world-class demand generation strategies, mapped to business goals. - Strong analytical skills, with deep understanding of digital channels, new marketing technologies and industry best practices and benchmarks. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams with excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. - Ability to influence and be a team player that rolls up their sleeves. - Offer a range of creative skills and capabilities - from building creative to writing copy. - Strong writer, creative thinker, and nimble executor. - Great collaborator and ability to adopt new technologies quickly. - Willingness to lead teams and also work independently in an agile and lean environment. - Demonstrated experience using web analytics to make data-driven decisions that further business objectives and digital marketing strategy (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends). - Strong analytical skills - In depth knowledge of key analytics and marketing tools including Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Hyperrise, WordPress, MarketMuse / SurferSEO, Ubersuggest - ability to analyze them and act upon them. - Proficiency and direct experience in managing and utilizing marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Zoom and more. **Organization Requirements** - Always reflect the values of Vengreso. - You are required to work during Vengreso business hours (PST preferred over CST). - A home office / workspace with a high-speed internet connection. **Measurement for Key Results Areas** - Weekly feedback on the progress of all projects. - Accuracy of tasks completed. - Internal constituents’ feedback on performance. **Perks and Benefits** - **Vengreso offers the following Perks and Benefits for Eligible Participants**:_ - Comprehensive Onboarding and Training Program. - Healthcare Reimbursement Allowance. - Company Stock Options. - Unlimited Vengresonian Time. - Mandatory Vengresonian Days. - US Paid Holidays. - Laptop & peripherals: Company-owned laptop plus peripherals such as a monitor and keyboard etc., making remote work both comfortable and safe. - 100% Virtual/Work from Home Environment. - Employee Referral Program. **Why Vengreso?** Vengreso is an incredible place to work and grow your expertise!
