Job Description As an IT Business System Analyst (SAP Engineer to Order – ETO) and member of an Agile Capability Team, you will design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP based on requirements/projects from the ETO business. You will support all ETO applications and interfaces and understand the end-to-end ETO process used by Rockwell Automation teams. You will ensure consistency of the ETO process across all Rockwell Automation teams that utilize ETO. You will also assist with resolving production issues encountered by the ETO business. Reporting to a Technical Leader Your Responsibilities: Design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes and test new ETO BU solutions. Support current ETO applications, interfaces, and WRICEFS. Support teams and development related to the end-to-end ETO process. Support new business initiatives requiring ETO processes. Collaborate with ETO business personnel to identify needs within CRM/ECC. Assist in enhancing applications. Work with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements and priorities. Contribute to building an Agile culture within teams. Coordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experience. Identify design problems and develop usable solutions. Build relationships across the organization. Help design and implement user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needs. Ensure third-party applications and products are customized for optimal end-user experience. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship for employment visas is not available. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP, including configuration of CRM, SD, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing modules. Experience in ABAP Development (considered an advantage). Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation. Experience in design, testing, and implementation of WRICEFs. Knowledge of SAP cost accounting. At least 2 years of experience with one or more SAP CRM and ECC modules.
