**Job Position: Project Manager - Latam** **Location**: Remote (EST Timezone) **Work Schedule**: Monday - Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST Join our team as a Project Manager and contribute to the growth of our Project Management Team in implementing nationwide Green Energy & Sustainability projects. As a key player in our company's success, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead and manage large-scale capital projects across commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate directly with clients, including Asset Managers, Property Managers, Construction Managers, and Real Estate Owners, to develop, manage, and execute tailored energy-saving solutions. - Partner closely with the VP of Operations to refine processes and continuously enhance Project Operations, prioritizing efficiency and service excellence. - Oversee and coordinate various project activities, such as estimation, design, evaluation, programming, installation, warranty support, utility rebate processes, and project construction management. - Manage day-to-day project tasks and deliverables to ensure seamless execution. **Preferred Traits/Experience**: - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to teammates and stakeholders. - Strong emotional intelligence, enabling effective connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Familiarity with SnapCount or other Lighting, Water Efficiency, or Electric Vehicle Charging Project Design Software. - Proficient problem-solving skills, capable of addressing on-site challenges promptly and effectively. - Previous experience in LED Lighting, EV Charging Station, Water Efficiency, and/or commercial real estate construction management projects. - Experience with SnapCount software. - Background in commercial real estate energy efficiency projects. - Expertise in commercial lighting projects. - Experience with commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Station projects. - Knowledge of commercial water efficiency projects. - Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
