English - Fully fluent Spanish - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: About The Role: We’re currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Intake Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for potential clients of U.S. law firms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing intake communications, gathering critical information, and ensuring an exceptional client experience for both English and Spanish-speaking individuals. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, empathy, and experience in handling client-facing roles—especially within legal, healthcare, or sales environments. Operating in PST hours, including graveyard shifts. Role responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Conduct structured intake interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information collected. Evaluate potential cases for eligibility, focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation. Enter detailed notes and documentation in systems such as Litify, maintaining high accuracy standards. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure a seamless handoff from intake to case management. Use RingCentral and other communication tools to manage inbound and outbound interactions. Uphold confidentiality and legal compliance in all client communications and data handling. Role requirements: Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written), with excellent grammar and professional tone in both languages. At least 6 months of experience in an intake, client service, or support-related role. Confident phone presence and strong active listening skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with tools such as Litify, RingCentral, and Google Workspace.
