We are searching the best talent for **Global Services Risk & Compliance Global PMO Lead **to be in **Bogotá, Colombia **or **Prague, Czech Republic.** The Risk & Compliance PMO will lead Cross-Functional Sanctions project management to address 3rd Party (Payee) Sanctions requirements in line with predefined project scope. Will explore short-, medium - and long-term scenarios to assure timely project execution end to end - Will manage project charter in close partnership with impacted functions. Will ensure that turning points are completed on time and within budget. Also ensure all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution. **This role will**: - Establishment of short, mid & long-term goals and turning points for all key activities impacting systems, processes, resources for the end-to-end sanction process. - Project charter & roadmap scenarios updates to ensure fulfilment of task&/activities in close collaboration with key functions & partners - Communication to senior leaders on potential risk identified for the project execution/completion and will provide alternatives to mitigate project delays - Connection with other project leads (KYS, Trade Compliance, Diamond/Kenvue, TranSend) for potential dependencies or alignments having impact on 3rd party risk - project charter for emerging regulatory requirements such as AML (Anti-money laundering), ABC (Anti-bribery & corruption) based on prioritization strategy to address payee risk - Maintenance of RACI matrices, SLA - Service Level Agreements for payee risk according with SOPs and Global Procedures - Maintenance of critical metrics and Dashboards to communicate effective and timely highlights to Senior GS leads and key partners - Close connection & effective communications with regional managers to ensure timely completion of project landmarks - Accurately documentation and justification of decisions, execution, project scope & changes, budget changes, resources need as required by following PMO methodology - Discussion & Support with Internal Audit on any inquire related to the 3rd Party Sanction Project **Qualifications**: .Love this role? See the requirements below! - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineer, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus - 4+ years experience of project management and 2+ years in managerial positions - Strong leadership skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must). - Strong attention to details, analyses and technicalities. - Excellent organizational and technical skills. - Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
