Content Management Specialist We're looking for a skilled professional to manage, create and edit digital content across various platforms. This role will involve close collaboration with designers, developers, marketing teams, and web delivery teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards, SEO principles, and business objectives. Main Responsibilities: - Create, edit and manage digital content using Content Management System tools like Optimizely. - Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content integration is seamless, visually appealing, and functional. - Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines. - Assist in the planning and execution of web content strategies, including A/B testing, content audits, and updates. - Maintain proficiency in Optimizely CMS, understanding its features for content personalization, segmentation, and analytics. - Use content performance metrics to inform content strategy, suggesting improvements based on user behavior and KPIs. - Update and maintain documentation for content management processes and style guides. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years in digital content creation, editing, and management. - Proven experience with Content Management System tools (CMS) like Optimizely or similar tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
