About The Position The Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our CFOs. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients and play a key role in maintaining a strong sales pipeline. What You Will Do Time Zone You will need to work in the Vancouver, Canada time zone and will work from 8am-4pm. Key Accountabilities Engage warm and cold leads through email, LinkedIn, social media, cold email or CRM tools Initiate conversations that lead to booked discovery or sales calls Qualify prospects by identifying needs, budget, timeline, and decision-makers Manage follow-up sequences and stay on top of outreach efforts Coordinate with the consulting team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads Track interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Support lead generation strategies by identifying outreach opportunities Follow up after first meeting, through to close What You Must Have Proven Success in Appointment Setting: You have a strong track record of booking qualified sales calls for professional service firms—ideally in finance, marketing, or consulting Relentless Hunger: You're driven to succeed. You take ownership, follow up like a pro, and do what it takes to generate and convert leads into opportunities Proactive Communication Skills: You're comfortable reaching out cold, nurturing warm leads, and turning online interactions into booked meetings. You know how to personalize outreach and handle objections with confidence Strong Qualifying Ability: You can ask the right questions to understand budget, timeline, authority, and need—ensuring only serious prospects make it to the sales team Tech Fluency: You're comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email automation platforms, and other lead-gen tools to manage your outreach efficiently Time Zone Availability: You're able to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Pacific Time (Vancouver, Canada) Extreme Reliability & Follow-Through: You do what you say you're going to do. You follow up without being reminded.
