About the Role This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations and long-term projects. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the CEO's calendar, booking meetings and handling travel arrangements - Drafting and proofreading emails, documents, presentations, and serving as the point of contact on behalf of the CEO - Organizing and tracking strategic initiatives to ensure deadlines and goals are met - Facilitating communication and alignment across departments - Implementing and improving processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations - Providing high-level administrative support to drive key business decisions and execution - Managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Requirements - Excellent or near-native English language skills, both written and spoken - Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives - Outstanding time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and project management platforms - Comfortable working independently and adjusting to shifting priorities - A passion for music and/or education is a strong plus
