Job Description Position Summary: Reporting to the I&O; Chief of Staff, the Scrum Master will play an important role as a critical member of a diverse team. You will be a Servant Leader who helps the team achieve its goals through Agile SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and Rockwell practices. You will work with multiple Infrastructure and Operation leaders to plan and complete deliverables on time and under budget. You will have dotted line to the technical leaders or Infrastructure directors when managing initiatives. As an integral member of Agile development teams working on firmware, or hardware products, the Scrum Master has responsibility for coaching the team on Agility and accountability for the effectiveness of the team. Responsibilities include using Agile frameworks and practices to effectively achieve team goals. Helps team to self-organize and self-manage while understanding and guiding the team on Agile and/or Lean execution. Helps Agile teams identify, mitigate and/or eliminate dependencies with other teams and communicates the status of these dependencies as needed. Facilitates team events and helps remove impediments. Your Responsibilities: - You will lead quarterly PI Planning for the I&O; portfolio.- You will document Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Dependency details.- You will document and manage Lean Business Case, portfolio, budgeting process and spend tracking and project artifacts.- You will manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- You will manage project activities assuring project delivers the committed scope on time, quality and planned costs.- You will manage project activities assuring project delivers the committed scope on time, quality and planned costs.- You will communicate project status to all levels using tools and ceremonies following governance standards.- You will plan, communicate change management requests.- You will manage onboarding of vendor contracts, when the case.- You will coordinate implementation and delivery with internal and external teams.- You will ensure adherence to Rockwell standards using Jira, Jira Align, Power Bi, SharePoint and other tools. The Essentials - You will Have: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or similar degree.- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure environment, Technology Engineering, Technology Operations, or infrastructure support role.- 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects with multi-function teams, even using waterfall or other methodologies.- 2+ years of experience with Jira and Jira Align.- Experienced in Agile SAFe framework and/or frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).- English proficiency. You will use English as your primary language at work.
