Job Description We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our team as a: OpCon Platform Administrator Software One Scope: Full-time | Location: Medellín | On-site (Hybrid model) What a typical day in this role looks like: - Continuous monitoring of client infrastructure and platforms. - Handling of medium and high complexity incidents and requests across various platforms. - Support and administration of event orchestrators across multiple platforms. - Platform administration and execution of complex operational tasks. Profile: Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Systems, Electronics, Software, or related fields, with experience in the operation, monitoring, and administration of Opcon. Required Skills: - Systems and technology platform administration - Knowledge of OPCON, CLEARPATH, and SINCO - Task automation and preventive/corrective maintenance - Application of patches, updates, and system configurations - Monitoring and incident resolution - Technical documentation and knowledge management - Experience in system migration and integration - ITIL framework and SLA compliance - Analytical thinking, teamwork, and user-oriented approach - Qualifications Automation Experience, IT Operations Management, OpCon Certification
