Job Description - F&B; Captain (HOT0BOLB) Job Number: HOT0BOLB Work Location: Hilton Santa Marta Colombia, Calle 90, Santa Marta A Captain assists the Manager with activities coordination of the guest services team to deliver an excellent experience while supporting the team and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. What will I be doing? As a Captain, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the team, attending to guests and clients of the Restaurant. Specifically, you will: - Distribute tables and tasks to team members - Request the necessary number of cooperative members from the company, according to demand - Identify operational needs and inform the supervisor - Follow procedures according to the checklist - Coordinate the work of all team members to maintain high service quality - Transfer goods and materials across sectors - Support the supervisor with bureaucratic issues and team development - Track monthly Food and Beverage inventories What are we looking for?
