Come join us and find out what the best work of your career could look like here at Bizagi! - What We Are Seeking - We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam as a Cybersecurity Analyst. The role is responsible for implementing corporate security and compliance initiatives while participating in administrating security solutions/tools in support of business objectives. - Key Tasks & Accountabilities- Developing information security technical procedures, guides, work instructions, among others related with compliance projects and security models (ISO 27001, FedRAMP and HIPAA).- - Conducting information technical security risk assessments, and vulnerability and penetration test assessments when required.- - Handling information security events and incidents and to conduct forensic analysis when required.- - Continuously monitor security alerts and events to identify potential security incidents with the design of SIEM Use Cases (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Securonix, etc).- - Manage threat intelligence and hunting program in cloud environments.- - Work in collaboration with different Bizagi´s departments in analyzing different information security/privacy controls under their responsibility to determine how effective they are and improve them in case of need.- - Work in collaboration with the IT department on defining and implementing best security practices for Active directory and conditional policies.- - In collaboration with other Bizagi´s departments define guidelines for information security tools (i.e. SIEM systems, anti-malware, firewalls, WAFs, IDS, IPS) on Commercial Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises environments, when required.- - Analyze and propose improvements associated with information security KPIs.- - Support in responding information technical security related to contract negotiation, when needed.- - Support in responding to internal/external audits from Certification Bodies and Customers when needed.- - Support in creating and maintaining information technical security training and awareness programs.- - Stay up to date on new and emerging cloud security technologies and propose security solutions to meet Bizagi's needs- Skills- Experience in cloud security.- - Incident response and handling.- - Vulnerability management.- - SOC and SIEM management.- - IAM management and risk assessment.- - Basic Linux Command Line Proficiency- - Network security.- - Security policy development and enforcement.- - Experience in the implementation and administration of information security tools and management systems.- - High integrity essential- Academic and professional qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.- - Information Security Postgraduate degree and/or information security industry certifications: Cloud certifications such as AZ-900, SC-900, AWS practitioner is a plus.- - Industry certifications as CEH, CHFI, ISO 27001:2022 auditor, and specific security tools certification.- Experience- 4 years of general professional experience.
