We are currently seeking a Back Office Account Technician / CSR to support our operations and account managers. Mission of the Role: To support the agency’s account managers and trucking clients by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely back-office operations. You will help prepare quotes, process endorsements, follow up with clients, and ensure all documentation is properly handled. Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Communication Answer calls using the agency’s professional greeting and assist with client inquiries Provide clear, timely updates via phone or email Communicate with underwriters and finance companies as needed (CSR-level only) New Business Submissions Prepare trucking applications for quoting and submit to appropriate carriers Gather required documents such as cab cards, loss runs, IFTAs, etc. Enter new prospects into the agency management system Renewals & Endorsements Assist clients with renewal documentation and process updates Help prepare renewal quotes in collaboration with account managers Process policy changes such as driver or vehicle updates CRM & Documentation Maintain accurate client records in our AMS (Agency Management System) Document all client interactions and keep files up-to-date Upload documents and track pending items for follow-up Administrative Support Support the account manager by completing routine service tasks Prepare and send COIs, ID cards, binders, and endorsement forms Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and internal procedures Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty insurance (trucking preferred) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Effective written and verbal communication Experience with AMS systems like EZLynx, AMS360, or similar (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus P&C License preferred, or willingness to obtain within 60 days Employment Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Get notified about new Customer Service Representative jobs in Colombia . #J-18808-Ljbffr
