Operations Information Request Analyst The Operations Information Request Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing accurate and timely information. - Main Responsibilities: - Complete detailed customer requests on operations policies, procedures, audit questionnaires, and supplier onboarding with precision and speed. - Collaborate effectively with team members to determine the best course of action and provide responses that meet our customers' needs. - Utilize the content repository and other approved resources to complete requests efficiently. - Manage the lifecycle of requests from beginning to end, ensuring that service level objectives are met and priorities are adapted as necessary. - Evaluate situations that require escalation to ensure a timely response. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for responses. - Contribute to the improvement of the content repository by submitting new content for future use. About You: - Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in business information systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Prior experience in technical support, operational management, business analysis, and cross-functional project management is beneficial. - An understanding of operations policies and procedures, BC/DR, InfoSec policies, physical security, industry certifications, and data center design is essential. - Familiarity with the data center colocation industry is advantageous. - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - An understanding of operational processes in a global company is beneficial. - Strong interpersonal and teaming skills, with sensitivity to a global audience. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - A high attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control. - A strong customer focus.
