What You'll Do: Guide candidates through the Coupa platform and internal process. Review and screen resumes to ensure alignment with site requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers. Manage candidate approval workflow and documentation. Post job openings and support ongoing recruitment needs. What We're Looking For: Advanced English (written & conversational). Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Experience with administrative tasks and recruitment tools (Coupa, iCIMS, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Excel). Knowledge of logistics and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
