The Position We're looking to hire an AI Project Manager to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. - Advanced English is required. - Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. - Experience in AI-related projects or collaboration with AI development teams is required. - Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results through structured methodologies and tools. - Demonstrated experience in implementing essential checkpoints, ensuring the validation of task completion among developers. - Proven experience in understanding the development environment and knowing how to successfully track tasks/tickets. - Extensive background in team Leadership. - High experience aligning the project's objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization. - Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. - Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. - Forensic attention to detail. - A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. - Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
