THE ROLE We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying individuals interested in becoming franchise consultants. You will play a pivotal role in growing the consultant network. This position involves collaborating with recruiters, leveraging CRM systems, and utilizing marketing tools to drive lead generation and build a strong pipeline of prospective consultants. The Lead Generation Specialist will also support back-office functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prospect Identification and Engagement: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, connect, and qualify individuals who may be interested in joining the company as franchise consultants. Pipeline Development: Generate and manage a daily pipeline of at least 300 prospective consultants, ensuring quality engagement and high conversion rates. Targeted Outreach Campaigns: Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, email campaigns, and text messaging to execute outreach strategies tailored to recruiting new consultants. Customizable Communication: Conduct outreach using pre-written scripts while personalizing messaging as needed to maximize engagement and interest. CRM Proficiency: Maintain and update detailed records within the company’s CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and appointments. Outbound Communication: Make outbound calls to qualify prospects, provide information about the company’s consultant program, and schedule follow-up conversations with recruiters. Collaboration with Recruiters: Work closely with the company recruiters to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new franchise consultants. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least one (I would say as much as possible) year of experience in lead generation, recruitment, or business development, preferably with US clients. Proven Skills: - Strong ability to qualify leads and prioritize prospects effectively. - Demonstrated success in recruiting or client engagement with measurable results. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English proficiency. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
