Today, we are excited to be looking for our _Stills Franchise Operations Manager _for _Colombia, _who will be responsible to ensure business results and alignment with the Commercial Operations and Bottler while leading the growth agenda of the portfolio and brands involving the categories extended team and Colombian team. **What You’ll Do for Us** - Lead the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making. - Manage strategic, financial and commercials projects for _Juice, Water, Sports, Plant based and Tea category _**_(Stills Category); _**understanding, leading and implementing revenue growth opportunities/solutions that guarantee exponential growth. - Develop processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation. For example: design a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities based on customized needs - Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial and financial.
