A Global Graduate Programme in Operations offers early-career professionals the chance to develop key skills and experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes. It provides a structured development path, exposing graduates to various operational challenges and opportunities within the company. Your key responsibilities will include: Define and ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for operations project management. Support Operations managers by monitoring controls to track project progress. Track project progress, manage deadlines and costs, and escalate risks as needed. Coordinate and prioritize projects aligned with strategic business transformation goals. Share lessons learned and best practices to enhance operational project performance. Provide regular online reports on project status, risks, deviations, and needs. Ensure projects meet quality standards in execution and outcomes. Standardize communication systems across areas to meet supply chain indicators. What are we looking for? B2+ English proficiency University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar, with no more than 3 years post-graduation, and relevant work experience in Supply Chain Demonstrated leadership skills through work or extracurricular activities Curiosity, innovation, passion for challenges, growth mindset, and continuous improvement drive High standards for work quality, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence partners Interest in an international Operations career What we offer you?
