A Pastry A is responsible for supporting the pastry section of the kitchen by preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods, ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to food safety standards. Works closely with the Pastry Chef to execute daily production and contribute to an exceptional Guest and Member experience. What will I be doing? Assist in preparing and presenting all pastry and dessert items. Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Support production planning and organization of the pastry station. Maintain cleanliness and food safety in all preparation areas. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute seasonal menus. Contribute ideas and creativity to enhance the pastry offering.
