This **on-site position** in **Barranquilla, Colombia** offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a company that values **innovation and excellence in the U.S. market**. **Location**: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site). **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter) **What You’ll Do**: Engage with **U.S.based clients**, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. **Drive sales growth** through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective negotiation. Provide **exceptional customer service**, ensuring client satisfaction and **long-term retention** Manage and update **CRM tools** to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
