We work with travel agencies, tour operators, corporations and airlines across the globe. We are currently seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and excel at collaborating across time zones and diverse cultures. Primary Objective of the Role Initiating cold and warm outreach via phone Communicating with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and text messages Sending follow-up messages and reminders in a timely and professional manner Assessing and qualifying leads, as well as identifying disqualified prospects Scheduling and coordinating demo meetings for senior sales representatives (closers) Required skills Hard Skills: Proven experience with cold and warm calling Proficiency in CRM systems and outreach tools Solid understanding of lead qualification techniques Advanced English proficiency Fluency in Spanish would be beneficial Soft Skills: High level of energy and self-motivation Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection Well-organized and consistent in follow-up and task execution What we Offer?
