What do we value? We look for a Senior TechnicalConsultant with extensive knowledge and experience in designing andimplementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. KeyResponsibilities 1. Manage critical project processes such asplatform architecture documentation, integration documentation,effort estimation, and advanced development. 2. Participate in andoccasionally lead Scrum meetings. 3. Translate requirements andmock-ups into fully functional features, working closely with theimplementation team. 4. Ensure technical development andconfiguration meet high standards, providing guidance to junior andmid-level developers. 5. Follow best practices in technical designwithin our projects. 6. Provide timely updates to Project Leads tofacilitate proactive communication with clients. 7. Contribute tothe continuous improvement of delivery processes and the maturationof portfolios, capabilities, and best practices based on customerneeds. 8. Fill technical or process roles in projects as needed. 9.Lead, educate, mentor, and develop assigned Thirdera resources. 10.Assist in scoping new opportunities and designing tools andtechniques for efficient delivery. 11. Act as the final escalationpoint for technical decision-making within projects. 12.Collaborate with HR to conduct technical interviews and supportrecruitment. Necessary Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree orequivalent, preferably in Computer Science or IT. - Provenexperience in technical consulting roles. - Experience working onthe ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM). - Experience with two additionalServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM. - Advanced Englishproficiency. - Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation level preferred. -Post-graduate studies in software-related topics are a plus.
