We're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to be part of this mission! What will your goal be? ️ Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve issues to improve the user experience. Collaboration: Working side by side with other teams to propose improvements and innovative solutions. Project Management: Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. What you will do: Troubleshooting and Support Lead daily on-site and remote IT support for our employees. Manage SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom , and more. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage asset tracking. Manage virtualized environments on Windows and MacOS . Collaboration and communication Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders. Provide premium support to senior management. Mentor team members in technical challenges. Innovation and efficiency Identify opportunities to improve productivity and develop knowledge base articles. Lifecycle management Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Infrastructure and maintenance Manage video conferencing systems and corporate environments. About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 6+ years of experience supporting Mac and PC. Knowledge of SSO (Okta), MDM (Kandji/Intune) and Google Workspace. Fluency in Spanish and English. Reside in Bogotá or Medellín and work in an office 3 times a week. What do we offer?
