As part of our Flavors/Taste & Wellbeing business in Colombia, your main goal in this role will be to coordinate and maintain our certified Food Quality & Safety system and its accordance with FSSC22000 regulations, Givaudan policies and local and global applicable regulations. You will also aim to improve our vendors and clients Quality programs, keeping them aligned with Givaudan global Quality standards. You will report to the Quality Management Coordinator and you will work onsite in our corporate facilities located in Bogotá, Colombia. Your main responsibilities will be: Coordinate the maintenance of Givaudan T&W Quality and Food Safety local systems (PRP, HACCP), and ensure their accordance with global policies and global and local regulations. Lead Quality and Food Safety internal audit program. Assess the capability of external service suppliers, vendors, contractors or toll manufacturers to ensure that their products or services meet our quality standards. Coordinate Quality and Food Safety trainings for all employees. Implement induction training and subsequent training for less experienced QA officers / internal auditors / staff in operations and all other site functions. Coordinate Quality programs for our clients and vendors, ensuring accordance with global policies. Lead customer audits process and ensure management of results. Plan and lead audits to our vendors. Lead investigations into non-conformance and make batch release decisions associated to process and raw materials, packaging material and final products deviations. Analyze performance indicators and improvement project data, define and propose improvements. Promote Quality principles and culture, being visible, walking the floor, participating in meetings in multiple tasks. You Your professional profile includes: Engineering Degree in Chemistry or Foods with Quality & Food Safety specialization or post-graduate studies. At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance functions in the foods industry. Experience with the main aspects of Quality and Food Safety (Quality Manual, PPRO and PCC monitoring procedures, Operational HACCP, Food Safety Policies, Crisis Management, Documents Control, Recall, Preventive and Corrective Actions, Non-conformities, Change Control, Internal Audit, Allergen Control, Vendors Certification). Expert level of understanding of the principles of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems e.g. FSSC22000 and continuous improvement. Experience in FSSC22000 and ISO 9001 certification process. Experience with SAP as user. Experience in Food Safety Management Systems Audits. Intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
