Responsibilities Process and release online orders to vendors within the Ship To Your Door and Vehicle Wrap Vendor modules. Support clients and vendors by handling order inquiries, quality control sign-offs, and monitoring on-time delivery performance. Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and promptly. Use Zendesk to alert customer service of quality issues. Perform preflight checks and fix file issues using Adobe Pitstop before releasing to vendors. Manage vendor communications, sign-offs, and quality control checks via the vendor portal. Document vendor KPI feedback to the Team Lead of Production. Utilize software such as Zendesk, Ansira App, Adobe Pitstop, and Harvest effectively. Manage vendor application processes efficiently. Place online and offline orders through vendor portals. Support the Mid Level Production Coordinator in the Direct Mail portal. Schedule drop shipments for EDDM and Direct Mail orders, providing necessary documentation to mail vendors. Manage client vendor orders and stakeholder relationships as a backup. Provide commercial invoices to vendors as needed. Maintain professional conduct and represent Ansira appropriately. Learn all Ansira software platforms. Requirements Fluency in English, including reading and writing skills. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in print production. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to follow procedures and multitask across various modules and platforms. Quick learner of new technologies, software, and computers. Familiarity with traditional print workflows and vendor capabilities. Prepress skills and knowledge of Adobe Suite software. Attention to detail.
