Job Description Manager – External Communications The Manager, External Communications works with a wide array of stakeholders including internal and external partners/vendors to achieve pre-defined goals. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, responsiveness, critical thinking skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests in an effective manner. Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify storylines and opportunities to advance the growth narrative - Participate in media relations efforts — including ensuring consistent storytelling, thought leadership, developing compelling messages, ensure participation of leaders in relevant forums/conferences - Oversee participation in sponsored events – physical presence, speaking engagements, content integration - Manage the editorial content schedule the external communications campaigns - Manage the generation, approval and dissemination of all external and internal content that supports the campaign - Track, monitor and evaluate communications activities and accomplishments, including measuring and analyzing ROI - Share tracker with the team on industry/competition developments, and provide recommendations for Lupin - Support campaign evaluation of Communications Deliverables and Content effectiveness, post-delivery, and make recommendations based on evidence Work Experience 8-10 years in public relations, communications and/or related field, including advertising, media, and publishing Education Masters in Mass Media or Advertising & Marketing Competencies Customer Centricity Stakeholder Management Collaboration Process Excellence Result Orientation Developing Talent Strategic Agility Innovation & Creativity
