Responsible for producing promotional print and digital materials for a major grocery retail client. This role requires the ability to take campaign elements and adapt them into a wide range of applications, including signage and circular pages. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the production process—including proofing cycles, versioning, and fast-paced timelines—and effectively coordinates deliverables with Creative Directors and Account Executives. Must possess strong technical skills to set up and/or modify files for both print and digital media. Job Responsibilities/Qualifications: · Ensures quality control measures are met to the deliver accurate content and technical print and digital specification requirements · Strong print production background using InDesign. · Image manipulation to include silos, retouching, and simple color correction. · Can work under the pressure of daily or hourly deadlines. · Adheres to brand standards, look and tone. · Ability to take campaign elements and rework them technically as well as maintaining message hierarchy and creative consistency. · Collaborate with CD, copywriters, and Account team to produce creative solutions. - 2+ years of print production/design and advertising agency experience - 2+ years of experience in the Retail and Grocery industry - Knowledge and ability with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator) - Expert knowledge of the Mac platform and interface - Self-directed, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude - Attentive to detail with high-quality control - Proven experience incorporating feedback and taking/giving direction well - Team player with strong communication skills - LAGO experience preferred Work’s a treat!
