The Mid-Level Email Developer is responsible for advanced development, optimization, and automation of email campaigns that are compatible with multiple email clients. Their work includes creating complex templates, integrating with marketing tools, and implementing strategies to improve deliverability and user engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop emails using HTML and CSS, optimized for multiple devices and email clients. Implement and modify campaigns in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, among others. Apply advanced responsive coding techniques to ensure compatibility across various email clients. Improve deliverability and conversion rates through code optimization. Conduct A/B testing. Apply accessibility and usability best practices in emails. Develop reusable modules and code snippets for scalable templates. Integrate and manage data flows between donation platforms and email marketing tools. Ensure email deliveries are sent correctly according to provided logic and segmentation. Create and modify audiences in email marketing platforms. Generate and interpret campaign activity reports. Identify and troubleshoot rendering issues across different email clients. Key Qualifications: Strong experience in HTML, CSS. AMPscript knowledge is a plus. Experience using Adobe Photoshop for image optimization, color adjustments, and exporting images for emails. Deep understanding of media queries and email client compatibility. Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Luminate, SFMC, etc.). Ability to optimize deliverability and avoid spam filters. Experience in A/B testing. Experience in email marketing automation. Debugging skills to identify and resolve rendering issues across different email clients. Knowledge of email APIs. Desirable: Experience with Litmus, Email on Acid, and dynamic personalization.
