Responsibilities - Supports a digital sales team's efforts to increase revenue growth by optimizing the sales process and shortening the sales cycle. - Researching potential leads, reaching out through various channels (calls, emails, social media), and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria. - Assisting in streamlining the sales process, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency. - Helping with the setup of new customer accounts, configuring products, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
