We are looking for an expert Product Owner, with 6 years in jobs related to the position, and with solid knowledge of Salesforce who is living in Bogota or willing to relocate for a new challenge. **Essential Job Functions**: - Define the product vision and roadmap for sales & servicing tools and agency management system capabilities in our digital insurance platform. - Directly manage a team of Product Managers as well as mentor/coach other team members. - Conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing. - Own customer discovery and continuous evaluation of product-market fit. - Collect, analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user data. - Develop, test and launch new products and features. - Analyze and manage product performance to meet company goals and targets. - Work closely with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship high quality, user-centric products and features.
