Join Gilead and help create possible, together. **Job Description**: The Regional Value & Access Director is responsible for the company strategic and tactical leadership required to successfully drive present and future product portfolio market access in the LAMS region. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Lead the formulation and execution of Value and Access strategy specific for each of the key markets, in close partnership with Distributors and Colombia Leads, medical and GovAffairs according to the specifics of the market health system, embracing innovation on the value propositions of the portfolio to ensure mobilization from price to value across the region and differentiate Gilead in the market.- Accountable for the pricing & reimbursement dossiers in Colombia and Key distributors markets (preparation including Health Economic Outcome data and submission)- Develop critical relationships with Key Decision Makers of key accounts across the prioritized markets in the region, in agreement with GM and/or Distributors and Colombia Leads, and other allied health care professionals and health system stakeholders.- Ensures the effective implementation of operational Value, Access and HEOR plans, as agreed on POAs, with a hands-on approach for Colombia, and working hand in hand with distributors to ensure their implementation.- Lead follow up activities for key distributor markets to ensure appropriate execution of Value, access and HEOR tactis as agreed on POAs, and provide constant strategic advise to refine strategy when necessary.- Leverage Global outcome research studies and epidemiologic data to support Market Access claims- Tracking, anticipation and collaborative preparation for new access and/or pricing trends/regulations for Key markets. Full ownership and accountability on this monitoring and preparation in Colombia by special focus on active participation in the Access Commission of AFIDRO, new prices regulations, Role of EPS/IPS, Flow or resources (Pagos Directors). Leverage distributors resources to guarantee effective monitoring and planning in other key markets.- Lead and own the preparation of Price Business Cases across the region, in collaboration with cross functional team to be submitted to GM for approval.- Active participation in the Colombia Brand Account Teams (1xmonths or as required) and Execution Follow up Meetings (1xmonth), responsible to drive and execute marketing activities and lead when required specific promotional programs.- Support key countries in the strategic preparation of key negotiations (prepare & drive negotiations with internal & external stakeholders within the process)- Lead strategic pricing insight generation and strategy generation work across the Gilead portfolio- Set milestones and manage external vendors and consultants for timely project deliverables- Responsible for the development & implementation of the key countries pricing & reimbursement strategy- Work closely with commercial, medical, government affairs, HEOR, public affairs colleagues to develop the optimal market access strategy for LAMS key markets- Responsibility for the reimbursement negotiations (prepare & drive negotiations with internal & external stakeholders within the process)- Interacting with International Gilead Market Access functions- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as MoH KDMs, health insurance companies and experts- Participate as Gilead representative in industry meetings: I.e. Fifarma, AMCHAN.
