**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all facilities - Troubleshoot and repairs electrical circuits and fixtures - Troubleshoot and repairs HVAC systems - Repair roofing systems by replacing shingles, chalking and flashing - Repair drywall by mudding and spackling - Replace trim, molding and casings - Repair doors, locks and jams - Troubleshoot and make plumbing repairs - Complete minor projects - Use manual and power tools to accomplish tasks - Assist with general clean up, including bush and tree trimming or removal, edging, painting (curbs, parking spaces), and sign and fence maintenance - Assist in the safe and secure movement and storage of property - Assist in the repair roadways including smoothing non-paved surfaces and filling potholes - Replace air filters regularly - Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** - High School Diploma or equivalent is required - Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record for the last three years - Must be willing to operate Company vehicle - Two years of experience in maintenance and/or construction required - Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion - Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment **WORKING CONDITIONS
